𝐀𝐥𝐞𝐱 𝐀𝐫𝐜𝐨𝐥𝐞𝐨'𝐬 𝐁𝐢𝐨:
Alex Arcoleo’s electronic music is always led by melody, not percussion, which lends to it its depth and humanity. His driving love of music was fuelled by a musical family, but Guildford native Alex taught himself to play piano and compose. This journey of discovery continued in his mid-teens, with a desire to move beyond the traditional keyboard and draw from various electronics and recording techniques. He counts among his influences Bonobo and continues to innovate a singular aural identity. A musician and producer himself, Alex’s process starts traditionally, writing on piano, before transferring to a computer.
