Monkey´s Fist - with fancy loop

One of the most popular fancywork is Monkey´s Fist. Originally used as weight on heaving line, it makes also a beautiful keyfob.
Unfortunately most of the tutorials don´t show how the loop is formed. Here with Lanyard Knot and Seizing.
