What The Heck is Value-Added Firewood? Another Logging Truck!

A busy morning for Firewood. The logging truck showed up very early, and I had to run into town for supplies. The driver of the logging truck will call when he is passing my way and if I don't answer my phone he will drive on past to the next town so a lot of times it's a last second deal. In this case he showed up so quick we almost missed him with the camera!

We finally found our gloves back on the shelf a Harbor Freight ending a "glove crisis" around our yard!

During my trip to the grocery store I had a few ideas about demonstrating how value can be added to firewood. I think value can be added to firewood by focusing on selling it in smaller quantities. Smaller quantities are sometimes more valuable than larger...this explains why we spend much more for a 20 oz soda pop than what it would cost in a 2 liter bottle. The price isn't necessarily for the product as much as the convenience of its quantity!
