NOTE: this video is outdated and misleading. Upon further analysis we have determined Mehta is not a great method. Please use this only as a guide if you are interested in playing with the method.

Mehta is a 3x3 method. This video is a complete tutorial for the beginners' variant. Experience in CFOP and Roux is recommended.
