600 Reps of Pull-ups and Pushups | Bodyweight Bodybuilding Workout

Want to build your body with just your bodyweight? Well these high volume routines will get the job done. This routine was shown to us by DOC (Director Of Calisthenics) of team wingate who is known for his extreme calisthenics routines. This is one of them, 25 pullups and 25 pushups for 8 sets. That is the routine done here.

High volume calisthenics routines are a great way to increase endurance and lean muscle mass. Give this advanced bodyweight routine a try. Of course, if you're not at the level to perform this amount just yet, this routine can be modified to meet your fitness level.
