Becoming a chef - Episode 2 : Meeting with our teachers
Every year, students from all over the world come to FERRANDI Paris School of Culinary Arts and Hospitality to train in French cuisine, pastry or bread baking and "BecomeaChef". Follow our students and chefs through a new original web series! In this episode, touch base with Vanessa, an Ecuadorian young woman who quit a long lasting professional experience to follow her passion and train in pastry in France. Meet her Chef Instructors, Georges Benard and Stevy Antoine, and hear their perspective ontraining students to become the best pastry chefs they can be.
