This A7 was delivered to us from London. Owner contacted us with an irregular chain rattle. As you can see in the video the plastic brackets were broken due to the oil tensioner not holding pressure. Main dealer supplied an upgraded oil tensioner with an O ring seal as you can see in the video . We also sort out coolant leaks at the same time from the front of the engine.
