RECIPES
Breakfast Ingredients:
one egg (substitute for tofu if you're vegan)
a handful of small potatoes
a handful of mushrooms
a handful of broccoli (you can use frozen)
A handful of grape tomatoes
Seasoning:
salt, pepper, onion, and garlic powder to taste.
Instructions:
Rinse your veggies with water. Steam the potatoes using the Always Pan for 15 mins. In the meantime, slice the veggies to your liking. Remove the potatoes and water from the pan. Wipe clean and add one TBSP of olive oil. Add potatoes and cook for a couple minutes on medium heat. Add the rest of the veggies and seasoning. Cook for about 5 minutes and serve. Add one egg to the pan and cover for two minutes. Add the egg to your plate.
Lunch ingredients:
One large chicken breast (substitute for chickpeas if you're vegan)
1/2 green pepper sliced
1/2 a red pepper sliced
1/4 of a yellow onion sliced
2 TBSP of salad olives (Hispanic isle)
salt & pepper to taste
red pepper flakes (optional)
One TBSP of olive oil
a splash of vinegar
Bunch of raw kale
Instructions:
Rinse chicken breast and vegetables. Boil chicken breast in water with salt for about 20 minutes. In the meantime slice your veggies. Once the chicken breast is fully cooked, wait for it to cool down and shred. Add the rest of the ingredients and mix. Serve over a bed of kale or your favorite leafy greens.
Dinner ingredients:
1 lb of ground turkey (substitute for black beans if you're vegan)
1 large sweet potato
1/2 green pepper diced
1/2 red pepper diced
1/4 yellow onion diced
2 garlic cloves diced
2 bay leaves
1 TBSP of salad olives
1//2 TSBP of chili powder
salt and pepper to taste
Bunch of raw kale

wash off the sweet potato and dry. Bake at 400 degrees for about an hour or until fork-tender. In the meantime make the green avocado sauce...

Wash and rinse your veggies. Dice the veggies. Add the ground meat to the always Pan and cook at medium heat until brown. Once the meat is fully cooked, drain any excess water. Add the veggies and seasoning to the meat and cook in low -medium heat for about 20 minutes. Cube the sweet potato. Rinse and massage the kale. Add sweet potato, kale, and ground meat to a bowl. Top with avocado sauce.
