On Wednesday, me, Mitchell, Holly and Sam met up in Williams Bay (happy birthday Sam!) to see a bit of an odd siren, something I don't hear of very often. That being a 2907. Got a bit of a rude dispatcher when I called to confirm they were testing. I asked if the sirens would be tested (it was a few minutes after noon) and she sighed and put me on hold to check. When she came back she said yes and asked who I was and why I was wondering, so I explained everything and said "I just wanted to make sure they would test, given it has been a few minutes since 12." and she responded in a rude sounding voice with "Well, we have emergencies here, and need to take care of those before anything else, so they will be late sometimes." Anyhow, enjoy.
