Da bambini ci ripetevano: "prima il dovere, poi il piacere", da grandi abbiamo rincorso il mito del work-life balance. In un mondo iper-connesso, Luca ha perso i confini tra le pareti domestiche e quelle dell'ufficio esi è trovato impreparato a gestire la work-life integration. Poi ha capito che rincorrere tutto non significa raggiungere risultati eccellenti né essere felici. Felicità e successo sono legati e per raggiungerli è necessario scegliere, in che modo e con chi, spendere le nostre risorse più preziose: tempo ed energie. Nasce così il concetto di Return On Work.
When we were kids our parents repeated us: "Work before pleasure". When we became adults we chased the myth of the work-life balance. In a hyper-connected world, Luca lost the limits between the home and the office and found himself unprepared to manage the work-life integration. Then Luca realized that to chase everything does not mean achieve excellent results or be happy. Happiness and success are linked, and to reach them you have to choose to spend our most precious resources: time and energy. Was born the concept of Return On Work.

Luca is passionate about enabling people talent and driving collective success. He believes that everything is possible for a team with a can-do attitude, who enjoy the journey together. Extremely interested in the deep links between people's emotional intelligence and their success (in life and business), Luca dedicated his professional career to grow businesses enriching employee engagement. His dilemma, how to energize people in complex and challenging environments whilst maintaining a harmonious balance between success and happiness, inspired the concept of Return on Work (ROW) that shaped his work and life style. Luca is currently Managing Director Consumer Business for Emerging Markets of Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company in the Middle East.
