How to make your own toothpaste
Hi Friends!
Here's an easy way to make toothpaste. You'll need --
Virgin coconut oil (we used Dr. Bronner's in this video).
Peppermint essential oil (or any other flavor you desire).
Stevia (NutraMedix)
Food-grade Bentonite clay (Fossil Power)
Mix 2 parts coconut oil to one part clay, then add oil or clay to get a creamy consistency. Add flavor and stevia to your preference, and brush away!! =)
