Newcore Gold Ltd. is advancing the Enchi Gold Project in southwest Ghana. The project’s 248 sq km land pack¬age covers 40 kms of Ghana’s Bibiani Shear Zone, a gold belt which hosts several large, multi-million-ounce gold mines. Enchi is supported by a PEA Study completed in 2024, which highlighted robust project economics and strong leverage to the gold price. Enchi’s longer-term potential benefits from the district-scale exploration opportunity that is largely underexplored to date with resource growth potential along strike and at depth. Newcore’s experienced leadership is aligned with shareholders through their 13% equity ownership, and the Company has strong institutional investor support with ~55% ownership. A 60,000-metre drill program is underway with a focus on resource con-version and growth as the Company advances the Enchi Gold Project towards the completion of a Pre-Feasibility Study in H1 2026.
