Greetings to all. With respect, I ask for a few minutes of your time.

Florere Game Limited, the makers of Last Z Survival Shooter, has enacted a policy to punish servers who have spent the most to increase the power of their state.

The developers believe they have the right through the Migration event to cripple and reduce any state’s power, and there for, the ability of the players to obtain more power in order to compete. They are actively picking winners and losers, instead of allowing for free competition. Instead of simply helping other states catch up in power, or merging weaker states, they are specifically targeting their top spenders with punitive actions crippling their ability to compete.

In my opinion, I believe this to be a crime as it appears to be a breach of the covenant of good faith in addition to fraudulent concealment under the Consumer Protection & Unfair Trade Practices as they withheld information from us about how our purchases may affect our ability to participate in state migration events. This is something that any player, whoever has spent even a dollar in the game, should know before they ever spend money in the game.

Today it is our state. Tomorrow it could be yours. Regardless of whose state it is, the practice is manipulative, deceptive, and does not provide a free and fair competition for player talent and overall power.

Unless this deceptive and manipulative practice is overturned, I am boycotting purchases in the Last Z game in perpetuity.

This is not an Aquosis issue, this is a gamer’s issue. We as gamers cannot allow a company to reduce the value of what we have purchased in an unequal and unfair manner. If they are allowed to do this today, then they are more likely to do even worse down the road as they know they can get away with it.

I ask everyone who has played the game or considers themselves a gamer at heart, to stand with us. Join with us! Boycott purchasing any items in the Last Z game.Take our message. Share it with your friends. Share it with your Alliance. Share it with your State. Share it on your social feeds. Share it with news outlets. Share it with the world. Let everyone know the deceptive acts taking place in Last Z.

Shine a light on this dark deed for all to see.
