The kuene lightener that I used isn't what I would recommend using for balayage. Wella Free lights is the best lightener I have ever used to I would highly recommend that product for balayage.

Balayage- 2/1 mixing ratio (or however you like the consistency!)
Kuene Cream lightener
Kuene 10 vol developer
Kuene 30 vol developer
B3 brazillian bond builder

Toner-
Root: Kuene semi color level 8 with a line of Kuene 0/11 ash
Ends: Kuene semi 10.7
