5. Genealogy Roadshow

Similar to Antiques Roadshow but based around Genealogy, this show is co-hosted by Joshua Taylor, Kenyatta Berry, and Mary Tedesco. This aired on PBS.

4. Relative Race

Currently the only competitive Genealogy TV show, this airs on Brigham Young University TV (BYUtv)

3. Who Do You Think You Are (US)

A show which follows around a different celebrity each episode as they learn about multiple family lines on their family tree, often visiting the cities and place where their ancestors and relatives once lived.

2. Who Do You Think You Are (UK)

The original WDYTYA, this show is the same as the US version.

1. Finding Your Roots

A show hosted by Henry Louis Gates Jr on PBS, each episode features 2 or 3 celebrities who are presented with their family history by Skip Gates. This series is based off African American Lives and Faces of America, also created by PBS and hosted by Henry Louis Gates Jr.
