The superheroes of Marvel and DC have stretched the definition of vigilante justice in ways that, if applied in the real world, would certainly put them behind bars. And not just infamously violent vigilantes like The Punisher Frank Castle or Daredevil Matt Murdock -- the "nice guys" like Tony Stark, Peter Parker, Bruce Wayne, and Clark Kent have blood on their hands. In this episode of #BigQuestion, Filup Molina and Erik Voss explain the legal ramifications of the superheroic actions, and how messed up these moves would be considered in the real-life justice system. Why is one of the grossest interpretations of a Marvel hero -- Hulk in Old Man Logan -- technically well within the laws of California?
