PRECALCULUS: The Unit Circle

Lesson on understanding the unit circle. The unit circle is a circle whose radius is one. This is where the special angles for the trigonometric functions came from. Points along the unit circle can be represented as (cos, sin) instead of (x,y).

5:00 30-60-90 triangle
6:00 60 degree angle.
