【 Live2D Cubism Tutorial 】How to Make a Full-body 2D VTuber Model | For Beginners (3/10)

Learn all about using Live2D Cubism in a Step by Step tutorial with Syafire. You will create a full-body Live2D model that is ready for VTubing by learning the beginner foundations for Live2D Cubism. In Live2D I will be teaching you how to animate the head on a basic level. I will teach you what an X, Y, Z movement in Live2D is and how it works. You will learn how to move the eyes around, basic mouth movements, and eyebrow movements for expression.

I will also show you basic body movements so your character can come to life a bit more. We will learn some basic physics which is what helps your character feel more alive and full of energy! After that, we will dive into the basics of Animator so you can learn basic animation for your character.

In this episode, I will be teaching you how to take all the steps you need to set up a character for Live2D Cubism. I will show you how to organize parts, assign auto meshes and make your own custom meshes in Live2D Cubism. Lastly, I will show you how to generate a texture atlas. In the next video, we will start rigging the eyebrows, eyes, and mouth together.
