Ben Habib, a member of the Brexit Party, wants you to stop blaming Brexit for what is happening at the port. According to this Brexiteer, the pandemic, not Brexit is responsible for the hold up at the port. There is both a simultaneous lack of demand coming from European restaurants and EU fishing fleets supplying European restaurants taking place in British water.
