Tarte FULL BLOOM Palette tutorial! Cool Toned Smokey Eye!

I created this Cool Toned Gun Metal Smokey Eye using the NEW Tarte Full Bloom Eyeshadow Palette. This palette is an expansion of their previous Tarte In the Bloom Palette. These shades are gorgeous! Some the shimmers are pressed foils or pressed shimmers, that can be difficult to work with. In this tutorial I used Mattes and shimmers, and every shadow performed beautifully!
