Trying Sheherwali Cuisine at Bari Kothi | Bengal's Royal food | The Quint

Bengal's Murshidabadi cuisine is known for its Biryani, Tikka and amalgamation of princely tradition and the culture of Northern states. And to try that out, The Quint's Debayan Dutt went to Bari Kothi (literally meaning the Palace of the Elder) for Sheherwali cuisine. This royal cuisine is purely vegetarian with minimal usage of roots.
