Stationeers: Let's Early Phase Change Vulcan Pt10

Approaching the full setup of phase change where eventually it is setting up more infrastructure and waiting... lots of waiting. Went mining some more (really should focus on fuel so I can make a deep miner and centrifuge setup), and time to finally start actually cooling down my 2nd CO2 tank to also cool down a very full Volatiles Large tank. It will take quite some time to chill all of that down.
