Ranking Genshin Impact Characters If They Were EVIL

Ranking Genshin Impact Characters on a tier list, the scale of destruction they'd cause if they became evil (inspired by Albedo becoming evil in an event shown for 2.3)

As stated in the video, this is a ranking based SOLELY on the scale of destruction each character could achieve by THEMSELVES. Their respective armies/soldiers will not be helping them.

I did do quite a lot of research for this one, and for some characters, I genuinely could not find anything to indicate whether or not they were capable of much destruction, so I had to use my best judgement. That being said, I am well aware that some of these could easily be argued to belong in different tiers. After all, the whole point of a tier list is that everyone has their own opinion, and the tier list is a way of sharing that visually with others.
