MouseSteps Weekly #492: Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party Overview Including Parade, Characters +

In Mousesteps Weekly #492, we share an overview of Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party from the first night we attended.

We start by entering the park early and take a look at the Market Street bypass, where we received an included ornament (new for this year) and enjoy some music and a toy soldier meet and greet.

Next, we share a look at the Jack and Sally meet and greet. This is not the longest line for characters this year, but we arrived early and were finished by about 4:30 p.m. They are the earliest characters to meet, well before the 7:00 p.m. party time. Also at Town Square Theater, we met Mickey in his holiday costume and Mary Poppins.

We visited with Pooh, Piglet, Eeyore and Tigger next and share a look at the autograph card we received. There are four different autograph cards at various character locations.

Mickey's Once Upon a Christmastime Parade is a highlight of Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party. We talk about the various characters and floats - with one change from previous years. Characters include Mickey and Minnie, Peter Pan and Wendy, Elsa, Anna, Kristoff Olaf, prancing reindeer and Santa Claus!

The Seven Dwarfs had a very short line when we met them, and nearby we also stopped for Santa Goofy.

We take a look at one treat location, at Cosmic Ray's for hot chocolate and a snickerdoodle.

Club Tinsel is in the location that "A Totally Tomorrowland Christmas" used to be. Denise's favorite aspect of the party was the show, but Club Tinsel is cute. It has Chip and Dale, Nick and Judy.

Our last stop is "Mickey's Most Merriest Celebration" at the castle stage. It is a festive show with plenty of Disney characters!
