KINETIC Calisthenics Full Body Workout / No Equipment | EPIC II - Day 35
Prepare for 1 hour of focus, flow and fun with this calisthenics workout! This is definitely another one of my personal highlights of EPIC II and love that you love these too!
There is no pressure, you go at a pace that suits you. It’s more about performing the movements the very best you can as opposed to as many reps as possible.
For this full body workout you will need a chair, your mat and your body ready to move with control, strength, balance, coordination and endurance!
Each complex is 2 1/2 minutes, with 30 seconds rest in between!
