In this segment of Blue Springs Showcase, Christina and Caleb Brown took a trip to Bethlehem Cafe to try out their Greek menu.

The review on this one was slightly mixed.. Read on to hear more about it:

- Caleb has a rather simple pallet so the Chicken Shawarma was a little bit too much for him.
- Christina really liked her Beef Gyro.. It was a nice change of pace from the food we normally eat.
- Our server was fantastic. She was very talkative & knew a lot about the food and culture behind it. She was passionate about what she does!
- It was a very unique design inside. I love it when places decorate their walls to go along with the whole theme of the place. It really felt like you were sitting in on a Greek restaurant.
