FULL DAY OF EATING for CROSSFIT

A full day of eating for Crossfit. Double Training Day.

MEAL 1:
- 300ml Semi-Skimmed Milk
- 1 Banana
- 50g Oats
- 30g Xendurance Whey Protein
- 20g BlueBerries

MEAL 2:
- 3 Poached Whole Eggs
- 2 Pieces of Toast
- 15g Olive Spread

MEAL 3:
- 3 Wholewheat Tortilla Wraps
- 50g 30% Less fat Hummus
- 100-150g Chicken
- 1/2 Broccoli
- 1 TBSP Olive Oil
- 1/2 Stir Fry Packet
SAUCE: Dark Soy Sauce, Cinnamon, Peri Peri Salt

MEAL 4: (Pre-Workout)
- 2 Bagels
- 15-25g Nutells
- 15-25g Crunchy Almond Butter

MEAL 5:
- 100-150g Chicken
- 250g Cooked weight Rice
- 1/2 Broccoli
- 1/2 Stir Fry Packet
- SAUCE: Dark Soy Sauce, Cinnamon, Peri Peri Salt

MEAL 6:
- 100g Oats
- 300ml Un-sweetened Almond milk
- 1 BattleOats Bar
