c.1973 Jolana Iris Bass Overview (Made in Czechoslavakia)

This is an overview of an unusual, fabulous vintage bass, made by Jolana in Horovice, Czechoslovakia in the early 1970s. This is basically a takeoff of a Fender Thinline Telecaster, but this isn't your usual Japanese copy fare. This is a high-quality, super well-made bass with excellent pickups, electronics, and hardware. Super comfortable neck. Just an overall sleeper of a guitar. Jolana is still in business, and although I cannot speak to the quality of the newer ones, these vintage ones are bargains at current prices!
