Depot training during the pandemic

The month of March marks one year into the COVID-19 pandemic. For the RCMP Academy, this meant a training disruption that sent cadets home. 

We took a graduated approach for the safe return of cadets. Training officially resumed June 12, 2020, and by October, all disrupted troops had returned.

We continue to implement best practices in collaboration with provincial and federal health authorities to ensure the health and safety of our staff and cadets and the success of the RCMP Academy during the pandemic.
