Chad election: Electoral body declares president Déby winner

Chad's electoral commission has declared military ruler Mahamat Idriss Deby the winner of Monday's Presidential election. His main rival Succes Masta is contesting the provisional results and has called for protests on Friday. Monday's long-delayed vote was aimed at ending three years of military rule.
