3 κ.σ. μηλόξιδο/3 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar
5 κ.σ. ελαιόλαδο/5 tablespoons olive oil
λίγο αλάτι/ some salt
Γέμιση/filling:
1 kg σπανάκι/1kg spinach
2 πράσα/2 leeks
1 ξερό κρεμμύδι/1 onion
1 ματσάκι κρεμμυδάκια φρέσκα/a bunch of green onions
1/2 ματσάκι άνηθο/ half a bunch of dill
1/2 ματσάκι δυόσμο/half a bunch of mint
3 κ.σ. σιμιγδάλι χοντρό / 3 tablespoons of coarse semolina
λίγο αλάτι/some salt
