**STORY**
This video and song are inspired by “Bluebeard” (La Barbe bleue), a French fairy tale written by Charles Perrault and published in 1697 in his collection Histoires ou contes du temps passé, also known as Mother Goose Tales.

The original story follows a wealthy, mysterious nobleman with a blue beard who marries a young woman and forbids her from opening one locked room in his castle. When she disobeys and opens the door, she discovers the bodies of his former wives.
