River Treasure : Chiggen Gold Rings And iPhones

Today we dive into a nice clear river in search of lost gold rings, iPhones, GoPro's, silver, and any other lost treasures that rest on the river bottom. I was able to return the gold class ring but was not able to figure out who owns the working iPhone that I found.
