Staying in the South Downs National Park - with a HOT TUB!

For us, staying in the South Downs National Park is just a short trip. It's the UK's most recent National Park and covers 1600 square kilometres across Hampshire, East and West Sussex. As we live in West Sussex, that's the most accessible part of the park for us.

If you've seen some of our videos before you'll know that we enjoy finding quirky or unusual accommodation or just something with an element that stands out. We find most of our stays on AirBnB as we find it a really powerful search tool. This place really didn't let us down!!

Nestled in the heart of the South Downs National Park in a tiny village called Barlavington we found this great cabin in the grounds of a stunningly beautiful house. The cabin has incredible views over the fields and hills with a perfectly placed hot tub, from which to sip a drink of your choice and take in the view.

While staying here we wanted to enjoy being local and so thought it would be great to support local businesses by, wherever possible, only buying and eating locally produced food, preferably produced in the South Downs National Park. Well, we had some very tasty treats!!
