Stop crunching your toes! Lift your toes up into the heel of your palm as you push down. Don't rest the heel of your palm ON your toes.

Tips:
- Put the heel of your palm right on top of your foot—toes lifting into the palm closer to the fingers.
- Bring the joint right into the middle of your palm.
- As you press, your foot resists this keeps it in place and saves your toes.
