American John Mathis is a single father raising his daughter in Singapore, after his wife passed away. He is a linocut artist and gets inspiration from his daughter and the local food culture. British national Laura Greenwood found her place here when she joined a dragon boat team and made friends with team mates of different nationalities. Singapore is now a second home for both of them.
