Venture X- Downtown Columbia August 2025 Construction Update

We’re thrilled to share the latest update on the construction of Venture X – Downtown Columbia! 🚀

Despite a few minor delays with materials and the freight elevator, our project is right back on track. The sheetrock and painting are now complete, and most ceiling tiles are in place. Next, we’ll be moving on to flooring, decorative ceilings, and custom millwork for our café.

A big thank you to Landmark Construction for their excellent work and project management. At this pace, we’re targeting an end of October to early November opening—and we can’t wait to welcome you!
