Quieting an RV Water Pump and Checking for Leaks

My water pump was turning on even when we weren’t using water.
Since I had to remove some panels to get to the pump I decided to make a couple modifications that would quiet down the water pump while I was working on it.
In the end the pump wasn’t leaking, it was something else, but I was able to bring the noise level down a little bit.
