In this animation Paul makes an appeal to Caesar for his defense.

11 If then I am a wrongdoer and have committed anything for which I deserve to die, I do not seek to escape death. But if there is nothing to their charges against me, no one can give me up to them. I appeal to Caesar.” (Acts 25:11)

Because he is a Roman citizen he gets sent to Rome which is a fulfillment of Lord's calling for him.

11 The following night the Lord stood by him and said, “Take courage, for as you have testified to the facts about me in Jerusalem, so you must testify also in Rome.” (Acts 23:11)

After that Paul experiences a harrowing adventure on his sailing trip to Rome. Read Acts 27 & 28 for the exciting story. Yet God delivers him and everyone else safely to Rome.

14 There we found brothers[a] and were invited to stay with them for seven days. And so we came to Rome. 15 And the brothers there, when they heard about us, came as far as the Forum of Appius and Three Taverns to meet us. On seeing them, Paul thanked God and took courage. 16 And when we came into Rome, Paul was allowed to stay by himself, with the soldier who guarded him. (Acts 28:14-16)
