VSG JOURNEY | 3 MONTHS POST OP | MPUME SHANGASE

Hey hunies, it's finally here, alot of you have been asking me to do an update on my surgery and I didn't want to do one until I was confident in what I was going to say and had more insight about the changes in my body. My VSG journey has been one that had some trying times (watch my previous vsg videos to find out why) but most of it has been what I expected it to be. It's now 3 months post op and I'm so happy with where I am now.
