To unhide tagged photos or posts on Instagram,
1. Open the Instagram app on your mobile device.
2. Tap on your profile picture at the bottom right corner of the screen.
3. Select the Tag icon to view all tagged pictures, videos, and posts.
4. Choose one of the tagged posts.
5. Tap on the three dots menu at the top right of the post.
6. A pop-up appears, tap on Tag options.
7. Select Hide from my profile.
9. Now, search for and go to the friend’s profile who tagged you.
10. Find and open the post that you want to unhide.
11. Tap on the three dots menu at the top right of the image or video.
12. From the pop-up menu, select Tag options.
13. Choose Show in my profile from here.

Now, the tagged post will be visible again on your Instagram profile under the "Tagged" section.
