23,000 Georgians were not old enough to vote in November, but they will be by the Senate Runoffs on Jan. 5 according to “The Civics Center” organization. NBC’s Joshua Johnson speaks with a high school student named Aly Yamamoto who is 17 years old, but has been working to get friends and classmates who recently turned 18 registered to vote.
