Price Bundling for Marketers - Price Optimization Using Excel

This video demonstrates one way a marketer can determine the optimal pricing mix for both ala carte prices and bundled prices in order to maximize profits.

The entire model is designed in Excel and optimized using Microsoft Solver. All components of the model are described in detail. Given the technical nature of the content, you may want to stop and replay at times to ensure you are comfortable with the functions and logic behind their application. I strongly encourage you to "play along" by building your own spreadsheet or using the constructed sheet I have provided to you (see link at bottom)

The video uses a case study of a small business that sells office furniture (chair, desk, and monitor stand).
