TMC’s Shatrughan Sinha files nomination from Asansol

Actor-turned-politician, TMC candidate Shatrughan Sinha filed his nomination from the Asansol Lok Sabha Constituency on April 23. Post filing nomination, Shatrughan Sinha expressed delight and said he witnessed the love and support of the audience during the roadshow. Speaking to ANI, he said, “We had a great show and we got to witness the support and love of the people. The magic of Mamata Banerjee’s personality is infectious. No Chief Minister has done the amount of work Mamata Banerjee has done for the people of Asansol and West Bengal. It is a fact that what Bengal thinks today, India thinks tomorrow. The way the Prime Minister has insulted Mamata Banerjee is absolutely unacceptable.”
