AMSSM recently put on a webinar, co-hosted by the United States Olympic & Paralympic Committee (USOPC), titled "Breaking Down Barriers: Career Pathways for Aspiring Sport Medicine Professionals."

This engaging webinar featured a diverse panel of sports medicine professionals, including physicians, athletic trainers, physical therapists, chiropractors, dietitians and sports psychologists. Each expert shared their unique journey into the field, offering valuable insights into careers in sports medicine.

Monique Burton, MD, led the session, which featured 16 experts from various medical specialties, and Lyndsey Booker, MD, and Chris Jordan, MD, ATC, RMSK, moderated the webinar.
