The developers of North America's biggest mall, the West Edmonton Mall, have their sights set on a new project in New Jersey. The Ghermezian family are taking on a new $5 billion mega-mall project, labelled American Dream. Critics are skeptical and believe the development could be a bust based on the belief that large-scale malls are a thing of the past.
