Nikki Garcia Details "Painful" Ankle Injury | E! News

WWE wrestler Nikki "Bella" Garcia shared an update on her ankle injury April 18, for which she had to undergo surgery weeks before she was set to take the stage at WrestleMania 42 in Las Vegas. "Fractured, tore and sprained my ankle," Nikki wrote in text over a clip of her ankle in an April 18 video on X. "It's been a painful two weeks." As for how long she'll have to sit out to recover? The Bella Twins member explained to a fan in a separate X post, "6-8 weeks hopefully." With the 42-year-old unable to perform at the Allegiant Stadium during the annual wrestling event with sister Brie "Bella" Garcia, Paige (real name Saraya-Jade Bevis) took her place. It proved to be a triumphant decision as the pair ultimately won the Women's Tag Team Championships.
