Harry Miller on His Landmark Appeal Court Victory over Police Recording Trans Tweet as Hate Incident

A day after his landmark court ruling, retired police officer and Fair Cop founder Harry Miller joins us to discuss his victory for free speech, which saw the Court of Appeal rule that the police's definition of a 'hate incident' is unlawful and had a 'chilling effect' on his freedom of expression after he was visited over trans tweets.

This is a hugely significant moment in the fight to protect free speech and could hopefully spell an end to the sinister recording of "Non-Crime Hate Incidents".
