Tim Wise on Not Giving Up: Maintaining Our Commitment to Justice in Unjust Times
On October 9, 2020, Caldwell University hosted Tim Wise, anti-racism speaker, author, and educator, for his lecture entitled, "Not Giving Up: Maintaining Our Commitment to Justice in Unjust Times". Mr. Wise examined White denial and allyship as well as strategies for building solidarity and sustaining engagement in the anti-racism movement.
Mr. Wise is among the most prominent anti-racist speakers, writers, and educators in the United States. He has spent the past 25 years speaking to audiences on over 1,000 college and high school campuses, and to corporate, government, and law enforcement professionals on methods for dismantling racism in their institutions.
