STRICT FORM PULL-UP & STRICT FORM MUSCLE-UPS

STRICT FORM PULL-UPS: When doing this exercise effectively, you start in a dead hang position, pulling the chin above the bar, and returning to a full arm extended dead hang, the range of motion is important as well.
STRICT FORM MUSCLE-UPS: When doing this exercise the same rules apply as the strict form pull-up, however you are pulling your full upper body over the bar and returning to a full extended arm dead hang. DO NOT START in or do your pull-ups from a slightly bent arm position and call it "STRICT FORM" because it's NOT !!
